Andrea Skeckowski, CTS-PRC    Director of Operations    With over ten years of experience in the physician recruitment and retention industry, Andrea Skeckowski serves as Director of Operations for NorTek Medical. She began her career with NorTek as an Account Manager in 2003 and has been instrumental in the company's continual and impressive growth since then. Ms.Skeckowski was promoted in 2004 and since then not only runs the day-to-day operations of the company, but plays an active role in recruiting and marketing in the specialty of radiology. The satisfaction she receives from helping physicians find their perfect opportunities keeps her constantly motivated and the team she has built, all share the same goals. Ms. Skeckowski graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 with a degree in Journalism and Communication Studies.  She was certified by the National Association of Physicians Recruiters in 1999.
Criston Hall Senior Account Manager With over Three years experience in the medical field, Criston Hall joined NorTek Medical as an Account Manager in February 2007. Immediately, Ms. Hall proved to be an asset to our team and her high energy level and professionalism have since been contagious. Her client base and network of physicians who depend on her all attest that Ms. Hall gives personal service far beyond that of her competitors. It is for this reason, she was quickly promoted to a Senior Account Manager position in January 2009. Ms. Hall continually develops and improves upon processes, procedures, policies and techniques to recruit and retain physicians. She will go the extra mile whenever the opportunity is there, to ensure her clients and candidates will continue to think of her first when a need for locum tenens arises.
Gigi Dans    Senior Account Manager  A personalized approach to service is key to the success of Gigi Dans.  Her foresight, time management skills and the ability to respond quickly to the needs of her clients enabled her to become a consistent top producer in the placement of radiologists.  She has established long term relationships with clients and physicians alike recognizing that adherence to ethical principles and professionalism are key to gaining trust. Ms. Dans' career with NorTek began in 2002 after having worked at an affiliate Information Technology staffing firm 2 years earlier. She has over 15 years of HR management background and was a member of  the   Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) - CNMI chapter prior to joining the company. Ms. Dans graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Accounting.
Jennifer Campbell Senior Account Manager Jennifer Campbell joined the NorTek Medical team in August of 2006. Her hard work and determination have made her successful in developing long-term relationships with doctors and administrators alike who all depend on her to fulfill their locum tenens needs. Ms. Campbell's background in customer service is key in her ability to listen and understand every requirement given to her by her clients. The growing network of physicians who exclusively work with her is proof of her outstanding commitment to the industry. Ms. Campbell graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology Minor from the University of Houston in 2004.
Laura Holt Senior Account Manager Laura Holt credits her success in our industry to her ability to develop strong relationships and establish trust with others who depend on her for locum tenens and permanent placements.  Her career began with NorTek in 2006 after 5 years of experience in the medical field and in January 2009 she was promoted to a Senior Account Manager. She is recognized by clients, physicians, and other business professionals because of her persistent drive to match the right people in the right jobs. Ms. Holt brings strength to her team with a desire to always improve on current standards and become the benchmark to which others measure themselves.   She is involved in the continual training and development of all our Account Managers making sure they are up to date and abreast of all the changing trends in the marketplace.
